Do I have to order a sample first?
For custom and private-label work, yes — bulk production starts only after you approve a pre-production sample. For ready catalogue styles you can order samples first, or go straight to a bulk order if you already know the style.
When do I pay?
Samples are paid at checkout. Bulk orders are paid at checkout at your ladder rate, or after you accept a quotation; the payment is held against production milestones rather than released to the factory at once.
Can I see trade prices before I sign up?
Sample prices are public. Wholesale ladders open once your business account is verified — it takes about a minute and no paperwork.
Who is the seller on my invoice?
The registered business named on our About page. Your GST invoice is issued in that name, with the tax split worked out from where you are and where we are.
