Before a single piece is cut
A pre-production sample you approve.
Bulk production begins only after you approve a pre-production sample. Once approved it is locked as the reference for the whole run — every check after that is made against it, not against a description.
- Fabric, fit and finish are confirmed on a real garment, not a spec sheet.
- Changes happen now, while they are cheap — revisions are recorded on the sample.
- Sample spend is credited against the bulk order for the same style, where the style allows it.
During production
Nine stages, in the order they happen.
The factory marks each stage as it completes. A stage cannot be skipped, so an order never appears to jump from cutting to dispatch.
Material issued
Fabric and trims released against your order, matched to the approved sample.
Cutting
Patterns laid and cut to the size breakdown you ordered.
Stitching
Assembly on the line, to the construction in the specification.
Branding
Your labels, prints or embroidery applied where agreed.
Finishing
Pressing, trimming and final detailing.
Internal QC
The factory checks its own work before it moves on.
Final QC
Measured and inspected against the approved sample.
Packing
Folded, bagged and packed to your pack composition.
Dispatch
Handed to the carrier with tracking and a GST invoice.

Quality
Five gates between the line and your door.
- Factory QC — the unit's own inspection
- In-process QC — checks while the run is on the line
- Pre-dispatch QC — before anything is packed to leave
- Third-party inspection — an independent check, when you ask for one
- Buyer acceptance — you confirm what arrived
Each check is recorded with its result. A failed check stops the order until it is put right; it does not travel on to you.
Money
Paid against progress, not on trust.
GST invoiced
A tax invoice with the correct CGST/SGST or IGST split is issued for every paid order.
