Yes. For most products a sample of the real item is sent for approval before bulk production.

It depends on the product. Each product page shows a typical minimum, and the exact figure is confirmed in the quotation.

Yes. VDG exports under its own Importer-Exporter Code (IEC), FOB from the Indian port or CIF to yours.

Send an enquiry with the product, quantity and destination port. We handle sourcing, inspection, Indian export clearance and shipping; your customs broker clears the goods at your end.

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading or airway bill, and product documents such as phytosanitary or health certificates, lab reports or certificates of analysis where the product needs them.

Yes. We consolidate goods from different suppliers into one shipment with one set of documents.

By irrevocable letter of credit at sight, or by bank transfer (TT) with an advance and the balance against documents.

Yes. Add your GSTIN to the enquiry and the invoice is raised against it.

VDG holds an IEC and an FSSAI licence. Product-specific registrations, such as for medicines, are held by the licensed manufacturer and shared with the quotation.

Yes. Private label is available in most categories: your labels, tags and packaging, approved on the sample.
