How a factory joins the network.
A factory is offered your order only after it has shown it can make it well, on time and within the law.

- Capacity: what it can deliver in a month without cutting corners
- Compliance: GST registration, licences its category needs, safe working
- Quality record: a sample or trial order checked by our team

Will I know which factory made my order?
Your contract, quotation, invoice and support are all with VDG Ashvi B2B. We manage the factory so you do not have to; if your order needs a named factory for audit or compliance reasons, tell us when you enquire.
Who is responsible if something is wrong?
We are. You bought from VDG, so a shortage, a defect or a delay is ours to put right, under our refund policy.
Can one order include products from several factories?
Yes. We collect the goods, check them and send them together on one invoice, which is how most export orders across categories are shipped.
Can you find a product that is not listed?
Often, yes. Send the specification and quantity; if the network can make it to your standard, we quote it.
