1. Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, GSTIN where applicable), business information (company name, address), order and RFQ history, and payment references processed through our payment partner. We do not store raw card details ourselves.
2. How we use it
To operate your account, process orders and RFQs, communicate order and production updates, verify GST/business details for B2B transactions, and improve the platform.
3. Sharing with third parties
We share the minimum necessary data with our payment processor (Razorpay), logistics partner (Shiprocket), and WhatsApp messaging provider solely to fulfil your order or request. We do not sell it to unrelated third parties.
4. Data security
Passwords are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes, never in plain text. Account credentials issued for internal platform integrations are encrypted at rest.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate details, or account deletion by contacting support@vdgb2b.com. See our grievance route for how requests are handled.
6. Cookies
