When the maker and the seller are the same company, there is nobody in the middle to lose your specification.
Control of the fabric
We choose and check the fabric ourselves, so the GSM and shade you approved are the ones that arrive.
Faster sampling
Samples are cut and stitched on the same floor as the bulk run, so changes are quick and the run matches.
Repeat orders, same garment
The approved specification is kept on file. Reorder next season and the garment is made the same way.
From fabric roll to packed carton.
Six stages, each signed off before the next starts.
Fabric in and checked
Every roll is checked for shade, GSM and defects before it is cut. Fabric that fails goes back, not into your order.
Pattern and sample
The pattern is made to the size chart and a sample is stitched. Once you approve it, it becomes the reference for the run.
Cutting
Layers are cut to the approved pattern and bundled by size, so every size set comes out of the same lot.
Stitching
Lines stitch to the approved sample, with checks on seams, measurements and trims while the run is in progress.
Finishing
Thread trimming, pressing, buttons, labels and tags, including your own brand labels on private-label orders.
Inspection and packing
A final check against the specification, then packing by size set or by piece, ready for dispatch or export.

Do you make every category yourselves?
No, and we say so plainly. Clothing is made in our own units. Every other category is made by partner factories that we audit, and you still deal only with VDG. See our partner network.
Can I visit or see the production?
Ask when you enquire. For larger and repeat orders we arrange a visit or share production updates at the main stages.
What is the minimum order?
Published styles can be bought by the piece or in size sets; each product page shows its minimum. Private-label and custom orders start at 50 pieces a style.
Can you put my brand on the garments?
Yes. Your woven labels, printed tags, swing tags and packing are added in finishing. See private label.
