What we export.

Every category is open to overseas buyers, from a single product line to a mixed container across several categories.

How an export order runs.

Eight steps, one team, one order record. You always know which step your order is at.

  1. Enquiry

Send the product, quantity, destination and the documents your buyer or broker needs.

  2. Specification and sample

We confirm the specification with the manufacturer and send a sample for approval.

  3. Quotation

A written FOB or CIF quotation, with lead time and packing, valid for a stated period.

  4. Contract and payment

Proforma invoice and sales contract. Payment by LC at sight or TT, as agreed.

  5. Production

The order goes into production against the approved sample, with progress updates.

  6. Pre-shipment inspection

Our team or your chosen agency checks the goods before they are packed.

  7. Documents and clearance

Export clearance under VDG’s IEC; invoice, packing list, origin and product certificates prepared.

  8. Shipping

Goods leave the Indian port or airport; bill of lading and documents reach you or your bank.

Documents with every shipment

  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Certificate of origin (preferential under India’s FTAs where eligible)
  • Bill of lading or airway bill
  • Insurance certificate (CIF shipments)

Export questions.

Which Incoterms do you offer?

FOB (Indian port) and CIF (your port) are standard. EXW, CFR and DAP can be agreed for specific orders.

How do I pay?

By irrevocable letter of credit at sight, or by bank transfer (TT) with an advance and the balance against documents. Terms are set per order.

Can one shipment include products from different categories?

Yes. We consolidate goods from different suppliers into one container, with one set of documents.

Can I send my own inspector?

Yes. Your inspector or a third-party agency (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) can inspect before shipment.

Are overseas buyers importing from India a different process?

No. Whether you call it exporting from India or importing into your country, it is the same order. Our guide for importers explains what stays on your side: your import licence, duties and customs broker.
