1. Acceptance

By registering an account or placing an order on vdgb2b.com, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

2. Orders & pricing

Pricing is tiered by quantity and role (buyer/dealer/retailer/dropshipper) as shown at checkout. A quotation becomes binding once accepted in writing through the platform.

3. Payment

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Order-linked payments are held against defined production milestones; refunds follow the dispute resolution process below.

4. Samples & production

Bulk production begins only after a Pre-Production Sample (PPS) is approved. Once approved, the PPS becomes the locked reference specification for the full order.

5. Shipping & delivery

Shipping is arranged via our logistics partner. Delivery timelines quoted at order confirmation are estimates dependent on production lead time.

6. Disputes

A buyer may raise a dispute against any order for quality, delay, or delivery issues. Disputes are reviewed with supporting evidence (QC records, photos, communication history) before resolution.

7. Liability

VDG Ashvi B2B Manufacturing Limited's liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
