Quality control

Checked against what
you approved.

Every order is measured against a written specification and an approved sample, at three points: before production, during it, and before anything leaves for you.

Before production.

Written specification

Material, size chart, colour, labels, packing and quantity, agreed in writing before anything is made.

Approved sample

The sample you approve becomes the golden reference. The bulk run is checked against it, not against memory.

Material check

Fabric and materials are checked for shade, weight and defects when they arrive.

During production.

Measurements

Pieces are measured against the size chart while the run is in progress, so a drift is caught early.

Workmanship

Seams, finishing, fittings and trims are checked on the line, not only at the end.

Before dispatch.

Final inspection

A sample of the finished goods is checked against the approved reference and the specification.

Labels, packing, count

Labels, tags, size sets, carton marks and quantities are checked against the order.

Third-party inspection

For export, an independent inspection agency of your choice can inspect before loading.

If it fails the check, it does not ship.

Goods that miss the specification are corrected or replaced before dispatch. If something still arrives damaged or short, our refund policy puts it right.

Questions about quality.

Can I set my own quality standard?

Yes. Send your specification, tolerances or test requirements with the enquiry. They become part of the written specification that the order is checked against.

Are partner factories held to the same checks?

Yes. The same specification, the same approved sample and the same final inspection apply whether the order is made in our own units or by a partner factory.

Can my own inspector check the goods?

Yes. Tell us when you order, and we schedule your inspector or an independent agency before dispatch or loading.

Do you provide lab test reports?

Where a product or a destination market needs them, ask for them with the quotation, and the testing is planned and priced in.
