Your own storefront
Your brand name, your styling and your product selection on a hosted shop we keep running and updated.
VDG ASHVI B2BManufacturing a better tomorrow

Dropshipping programme
A storefront of your own, on a catalogue you did not have to buy.
Run a branded clothing shop without holding a rupee of stock. You bring the customers and the brand; VDG holds the inventory, fulfils every order and settles your earnings on an approved payout.
What the programme gives you
Your storefront has its own name, its own look and its own customers — served from one governed catalogue behind the scenes.
Your brand name, your styling and your product selection on a hosted shop we keep running and updated.
Choose from approved styles with real specifications and live stock truth — so you never sell something that is not there.
Picking, packing, GST invoicing and a tracked consignment to your customer, handled by the same operation that serves our own orders.
Every order's margin lands on your ledger, moves through hold and approval, and pays out to your registered bank account.
You sell.
We settle.
How the money works
Being straight about this up front saves everybody a difficult conversation later.
What we will not do: take a fee and switch a storefront on. A store goes live when the catalogue, pricing and fulfilment route are agreed — never because a payment cleared.
Two commercial models
Both are supported, and your setup can change as demand does. The onboarding team agrees which one you start on.
| VDG-fulfilled (no stock) | Partner-owned stock | |
|---|---|---|
| Who holds inventory | VDG | You, purchased from VDG |
| Who ships | VDG, to your customer | You, from your own operation |
| Your capital | None tied up in stock | Working capital in inventory |
| Your margin | Agreed per style, settled on payout | Your own retail mark-up |
| Best when | You are proving demand | You have proven it and want the spread |

Straight answers
The commercial terms — any programme fee, your margin per style and the settlement schedule — are agreed during onboarding, because they depend on the range and the model you choose. What will not happen is a storefront going live merely because a payment cleared.
You do. Your storefront has its own customers, its own orders and its own data, isolated from every other store on the platform. VDG is the merchant of record for the payment and the GST invoice, which is what makes returns and refunds workable.
It comes back through the same operation that shipped it, is inspected, and the refund is handled by VDG. Earnings on a returned order reverse on your ledger — which is why earnings clear a hold before they become payable.
Domain arrangements are part of the store setup conversation. Every store starts on a VDG address you can preview and approve before it is publicly reachable.
Within the agreed range, yes — your storefront's prices are yours, and your margin is the difference from the assigned rate. The catalogue, stock truth and fulfilment stay ours so the promise your customer sees is one we can actually keep.
Apply to the dropshipping programme and we will come back with the commercial model that fits what you are building.
