VDG holds an Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) and an FSSAI licence. Product-specific registrations (for example medicines or agrochemicals in your country) are held by the manufacturer or importer of record; we confirm what applies before quoting.

Which Incoterms do you offer?
FOB (Indian port) and CIF (your port) are standard. EXW, CFR and DAP can be agreed for specific orders.
How do I pay?
By irrevocable letter of credit at sight, or by bank transfer (TT) with an advance and the balance against documents. Terms are set per order.
Can one shipment include products from different categories?
Yes. We consolidate goods from different suppliers into one container, with one set of documents.
Can I send my own inspector?
Yes. Your inspector or a third-party agency (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) can inspect before shipment.
